How to Make Slow Cooker Stroganoff

- Put the mushrooms and onion in a pan with olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook for about five to seven minutes, or until the mushrooms are very soft. Place in slow cooker or crock pot.
- Brown the ground turkey in the same pan until it’s no longer pink. Place in crock pot.
