We’ll grill these turkey burgers in a way that’s similar to how I grilled frozen hamburgers.
While cooking turkey burgers instead of hamburgers, I use teriyaki sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce to baste them. This is because I think turkey tastes better with sweet flavors.
More specifically this is a four flip process that looks like:

There are a lot of different grills out there, but this recipe will work on almost all of them.
Start by firing up your grill and turning the dial to Medium High. You want to be working at a temperature of around 350F.
Let the grill pre-heat for 10 minutes and then place the frozen turkey burgers directly on the grill. Keep the turkey frozen and don’t try to thaw it in the microwave first. We want to cook the burgers from frozen.
It’s convenient to work with frozen burgers because you can keep them in the freezer and take out a couple whenever you want.
